ManpowerGroup Business Development Manager in United States
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects This role will primarily focus on our modular offerings, including Ignite Recruitment Marketing, ManpowerGroup ProSearch, and On-Demand RPO Recruiters. It will require the individual to partner with new and existing clients to provide professional resourcing and Talent Solutions products in the assigned territory.
Making an Impact
• Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory. Execute against territory and client plans to capitalize on market/industry and client opportunities.
• Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.
• Build relationships with internal subject matter experts to drive solutions to client challenges while developing a deeper understanding of client.
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Prospecting Fortune 1000, selling projects between $25K -$100K
• Meeting KPIs for Email/Calls/Set Appointments
• Plan strategic sales strategy
• Perform Qualification and Discovery of prospective clients
• Presenting overview and details of our modular solutions
• Leverage strategic sales approach using Challenger Sales Methodology
• Connect with Global Stakeholders within the ManpowerGroup businesses
• Drive RFP processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Create and coordinate sales content in PowerPoint
• Promote our services using social media
• Coach peers and others on presentations (internal team)
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-up, and contract execution
• Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM
Required
· Experience: 2 years outside sales experience, 1 years min of staffing sales, will have experience running a full staffing desk (sourcing, recruiting, etc.)
· Experience with doing cold calling and new account development.
· Staffing and Recruitment experience is a must
· Experience with Recruitment Packages.
· Education: High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
• Experience: Recruitment Marketing and/or Retained Search experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
