We need a highly talented Principal Program Manager for the OCI Capacity Management organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI and capacity planning business. This person will be part of a team of program managers delivering OCI Services including GPU infrastructure capacity to our most strategic AI customers. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior executives, architects, product managers, service teams, development and design teams, regional Sales teams, and external partners to resolve issues, take ideas, turn them into mature processes, allowing us to aid the world’s most demanding customers.
This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

Responsibilities
This team is focused on the success of our capacity deliveries, including:
Tracking/validation of all new capacity, ensuring on-track delivery, and handling delivery-related incidents
Coordination of hardware testing, managing initial repairs, and network validation
Customer capacity handoffs and allocation of systems to customers
GPU capacity management, allocations, and planning
Decommission/ramp down of older product offerings and coordination of replacement.
Managing customer proof of concept (POC) capacity
Managing test environment capacity, including test prioritization, and reset
Partner with the demand planning and power planning teams to understand various forms of utilization and provide suggestions to improve across your region.
Owning and managing planning over the short to medium terms, 6 to 24 months.
Work across teams and connect with the sales field team to understand demand and its patterns.
Dive deep into the customer growth and footprint of your region, intrinsically knowing what is happening across the region to help it function and grow.
Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of our data centers by proactively planning and tracking all operations and orders.
Help define and deliver complex programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards
Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.
Recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for all issues and questions associated with your region.
Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular program are in place.
Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
Responsible for provisioning of resources within the EMEA region, this will include some out of hours activities in case of high severity issues.
Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.
Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives.
Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders.
Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance.
Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.
Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metrics.
Qualifications:
7+ years’ experience in analytics, business program manager, chief of staff, or similar role.
A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, to work across a matrixed organization.
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
Understands data center growth, build out, and operations.
Demonstrated understanding of sales field teams, customer growth patterns, and region utilization.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling.
Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
