Your role at Clorox:

En Clorox México, estamos buscando nuestro Sales Manager Regional para liderar la estrategia de ventas en el canal mayoreo para las cuentas: De Casa, Sahuayo y Zorro Abarrotero, con el objetivo de acelerar nuestro crecimiento en volumen, participación de mercado y rentabilidad. El puesto tiene un enfoque en la ejecución excelente de nuestros productos en puntos de venta y en el desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes.

In this role, you will:

  • Estrategia de Ventas: Definir e implementar estrategias para cumplir los objetivos de ventas en canales tradicional acelerando el crecimiento en volumen y participación de mercado.

  • Análisis y KPI’s: Establecer y monitorear KPIs clave que identifiquen oportunidades de crecimiento, especialmente en las Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5, con un enfoque en clientes mayoristas y cadenas regionales.

  • Coordinación de Merchandising: Supervisar al equipo de merchandising para asegurar la ejecución de exhibiciones primarias y secundarias en puntos de venta, y desarrollar actividades tácticas para aumentar la distribución numérica, ponderada y la participación en el punto de venta.

  • Desarrollo de Cuentas: Desarrollar planes a corto y mediano plazo para optimizar la inversión y alinear las oportunidades de mercado con las categorías de Clorox en las Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5, garantizando el crecimiento en valor y participación.

  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Liderar, entrenar y desarrollar un equipo directo, influyendo también en el desarrollo de colaboradores de otras áreas para asegurar la ejecución exitosa de procesos clave, cumpliendo cuotas de ventas, activaciones, y la recuperación de cartera.

  • Negociación y Relaciones Comerciales: Negociar con eficacia bajo presión, desarrollando relaciones comerciales duraderas con clientes a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

  • Gestión Financiera: Identificar oportunidades y establecer objetivos financieros alineados con el P&L de la empresa, maximizando el ROI, márgenes, y optimizando descuentos.

What we look for:

  • Experiencia: De 10+ años de experiencia en ventas y desarrollo de negocios en canales tradicionales y modernos.

  • Conocimiento en RTM (Route to Market): Experiencia en el liderazgo de estrategias de canal tradicional/mayoristas en Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5.

  • Liderazgo: Habilidad para formar, entrenar y motivar equipos, impulsando el desempeño y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.

  • Negociación: Capacidad de influir en las decisiones de clientes y de negociar acuerdos estratégicos para el crecimiento a largo plazo.

  • Análisis y Estrategia Comercial: Enfoque analítico para el diseño de estrategias comerciales, con fuerte orientación a resultados y capacidad de análisis financiero.

  • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para enfrentar complejidad y ambigüedad, adaptándose a diferentes situaciones y grupos de trabajo.

  • Licenciatura en negocios, adminsitración, economía, Ingeniería o experiencia profesional relevante a fin.
