We are looking for someone with:
Preferred: Degree holder/High Diploma in computer science, mathematics and/or statistics or equivalent
Strong understanding and exposure of Transfer Agency Operations
Proven detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
Ability to build stakeholder relationships
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines
Proactive with a positive “can do" attitude
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage but not mandatory
Minimum 2 years experience as a Test Analyst
Exposure to JIRA and Confluence software
Solid Agile methodology
On the job you will:
Understand business needs and problems to be able to test the new or existing technology to the agreed exit criteria for the business
Participate in client and project meetings to understand the requirements, propose solutions, find and diagnose issues, and encourage stakeholder engagement
Assist with system implementation work including:
Systems Integration/User Acceptance Test systems
Create test scenarios / test cases from requirements
Impact analysis of implementations at macro and micro levels
Prepare all testing artefacts
Strictly follow all testing governance
Proven skillset with role as a key project member and work effectively and collaboratively with all project teams, carefully managing expectations of internal stakeholders
Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
Strong test methodology to elicit, document, communicate and demonstrate the functional testing results
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, the business analyst and developers to ensure correct test coverage are documented for audit purposes
Assist with Project Manager and BA activities as required
Assist with UAT and E2E testing
Generate testing progress report for management
Drive and provide training/guidance to tester for execution/ Operations personnel for training purposes
Exposed to Agile Project Methodology execution
