Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join one of Canada's largest athletic retailers located in Vancouver, BC, on a 18-month contract basis. In this role, you will be joining the Global Commerce (INTL Digital and NA Commerce) team and they are focused on Lower Funnel experience specifically Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Fulfillment. This role right now is particularly heavy on Fulfillment Systems integration and capabilities so experience in that area of the domain is a plus. This business analyst role is technical in nature due to the extensive integrations within this area of the site. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to anchor a scrum team by facilitating refinement and requirements review sessions, writing detailed tickets that empower a multi-stack scrum team, and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working closely with a Product Organization/Product Manager is essential. The role requires openness to working in a hybrid environment, utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience as a business analyst; preferably 2 years working within digital, retail or domain adjacent

Digital project-related experience, including but not limited to lower funnel activities such as cart management, checkout processes, order management, and retail fulfillment.

Hybrid working environment experience (agile/waterfall methodology)

Strong experience leading scrum ceremonies

Proven ability to write detailed tickets that empower a multi-stack scrum team. null
