Summary:

The Speech Therapist will coordinate the multidisciplinary Aerodigestive program at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. Some of the responsibilities include patient education, patient Care coordination including enrollment of patients in program, community outreach, participation in research opportunities, and data assessment. This position will work very closely with physicians within the program and within the surgical area of the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required - 2 years - Acute Care; Preferred - Pediatrics experience; Preferred - Care Coordination/Case Management experience in addition to acute care

• Required - Masters - Speech Therapy; Preferred - Doctorate - Speech Therapy

• Required - ASHA Cert of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology

• Required - CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology); Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - Speech Therapy - License
