Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Infection Preventionist- Valdez in Valdez, Alaska
The Associate Infection Preventionist is the entry-level position for Infection Prevention. A candidate for this position must have a sufficient healthcare background but requires only basic infection prevention/epidemiology knowledge, as the majority of training will occur on the job.

This is a Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift; and 40 hours per week.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology and related health science field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
