Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Operations Manager to lead our operational initiatives across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational policy and culture, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills. This role involves initiating and running both remote and in-person meetings, rolling out strategic initiatives, and tracking and measuring progress. Data collection and management of reporting are vital to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage national operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and culture.
Initiate and conduct remote and in-person meetings to drive operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives. Conduct formal operational performance plans.
Monitor, track, and measure the progress of initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Monitor and measure CTC performance against profitability targets.
Collect, analyze, and manage data to support decision-making processes and improve operational outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations across different regions
Work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the right leaders and tam members are in place
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement
Conduct large project reviews, analyze costs estimates in relation to scope and timeline
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred with Operations Management experience in a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in multi-site operations or similar role
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a national or multi-site capacity.
Strong understanding of organizational policy and culture.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for remote communication and data management.
