We are currently looking for a Supervisor, ILI Technology & Analytics to work in our Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The ILI & Analytics Supervisor is responsible for analysis of In-Line Inspections (ILI) for pipeline integrity management. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, supervises ILI activities, and drives data analytics to optimize integrity assessments. The supervisor will lead a team in managing ILI projects, interpreting inspection results, and providing insights for proactive asset management.

• Supervise and coordinate ILI program execution, including planning, tool selection, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

• Analyze and interpret ILI data to assess pipeline integrity threats, including metal loss, deformation, and crack detection.

• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 regulations, Boardwalk Pipelines' Integrity Management Plan (IMP), Operations and Maintenance manual (OM) and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with Asset Integrity, Pipeline Safety, Corrosion, Compliance, and Operations teams to integrate ILI data into risk assessments and mitigation plans.

• Manage ILI data storage, retrieval, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Oversee vendor performance and ensure ILI tool runs meet contractual and technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance ILI program efficiency.

• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for ILI & Analytics team members.

• Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews to demonstrate compliance with integrity management regulations.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities and optimize inspection strategies.

  REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pipeline integrity, in-line inspection, or related fields.

• In-depth knowledge of ILI technologies, including Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Geometry tools.

• Familiarity with PHMSA regulations (49 CFR 192 & 195) and industry standards such as API 1163, ASME B31.8, and NACE SP0102.

• Experience in managing vendors and contracts related to ILI services.

• Strong data analytics skills with experience in database management, GIS applications, and statistical analysis tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

• Willingness to travel as needed for inspections, audits, and vendor meetings.

• Able to present ILI information, technical backing, and recommendations to all levels of company personnel

• Experience in calculating gas flows

• Experience calculating B31G, B31GM, and RSTRENG

• Must be detail oriented and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with minimum supervision and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in extreme conditions for long hours

• Ability to be on call for questions or emergencies associated with ILI projects or ILI data

  PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Active participation in industry conferences, committees, or working groups.

• Strong industry network and affiliations with professional organizations such as API, ASME, AMPP, and PRCI.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage industry relationships to drive innovation and best practices.

• Proven delivery of sensitive information to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ILI analytics

• In-depth knowledge of ILI technologies, including Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), and Geometry tools.

• Experience in managing vendors and contracts related to ILI services.

• Strong data analytics skills with experience in database management, GIS applications, and statistical analysis tools.

  REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
