Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in URBANDALE, Iowa. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and regulatory support to our team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including processing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with multiple teams to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions

• Facilitate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings

• Perform account reconciliations and adjust journal entries as per U.S. GAAP requirements

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy in financial filings

• Assist in the development of tools and methodologies for streamlining regulatory filing processes

• Handle ad hoc data requests from management and regulatory agencies

• Record periodic financial data entries to the general ledger

• Contribute to the preparation of annual SEC filings

• Educate team members on consistent methodologies for regulatory filings. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial analysis role

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrable experience in Adjusting Journal Entries

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis

• Familiarity with Regulatory Filings is required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of financial software systems is a plus
