JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Undersea Systems Office at the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking several highly motivated graduate students for research opportunities.These positions cover a broad range of academic and engineering disciplines in all aspects of undersea vehicle development.
Applicants with a strong interest and experience in the following will be given preference:
Mathematics
Signal processing
Data fusion
Autonomous control
Modeling and simulation
Software development
Visualization development
System optimization
The successful candidate will work 40 hours/week over the summer and 20 hours/week during the summer semester.
Graduate students studying Electrical Engineering encouraged to apply.
