Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package. Pay is hourly with expected first year earnings between $52,000 - $68,640 / year. This is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for imaging inventory receiving documents, reviewing spoilage documents for accuracy, processing supplier chargebacks and releasing daily good receipts and transfers in the warehouse receiving systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processes inventory receivers and transfers in the warehouse receiving system

• Scans the receiving documents/packages and indexes/links the images into SAP PO

• Reviews receiving documents for completeness

• Identify discrepancies for received breaks/spoils vs claims

• Reviews daily mail

• Processes inventory receivers and transfers in the warehouse receiving system

• Prints daily receiving reports

• Reviews receiving reports for accuracy and complies receiver packages

• Prints and reviews spoilage documents and makes necessary adjustments

• Prepares and submits supplier chargebacks

• Reviews winery direct receivers and makes necessary inventory adjustments

• Requests credit or debit memo for inventory balancing

• Additional duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience

• 2 years of experience with imports or general accounting

• Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles

• Attention to detail

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency in SAP, AS400, and Microsoft 365

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine

• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
