Position Type Full-time, Contract-to-Hire Duration 6 Months Location Twinsburg, OH As a Registered Pharmacy Technician., your responsibilities will be: * Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members and patients, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors. What is expected of you and others at this level * Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area * Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications * Works on basic and routine assignments * Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods * Adheres to all quality guidelines * Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy * Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding Job Functions: * Fullfillment of prescription device products; shipping * Prescription order entry * Billing experience preferred * Inbound patient calls * Outbound physician calls Required Qualification: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2+ years in retail/LTC/mailorder experience * Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National) * Proof of up-to-date Technician CEs.
