The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Paper and Print Sales Expert at Industrial Specialties Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Executes operational rhythm depending on country/region needs, leads and develops end users and channel partners to drive growth and increase penetration

• Ensures marketing campaigns are executed, in alignment with activation marketing and area business leader and provides feedback to area business leader, activation leader and global marketing team on campaigns and market insights

• Supports price execution set by area business leader

• Updates demand plan in the region, provides forecast and executes actions from area demand meetings

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

• Sales experience in industrial market

• Previous experience in printing industry strongly preferred

• Demonstrable evidence of strategic and tactical thinking and planning.

Location: Turkey

Sales territory: entire Turkey country territory, Middle East and Africa countries

Travel: May include up to 70% of domestic (Turkey) and 1 per year international
