Radial Drill Operator

Pay:\$17/hour\ Shift:Monday Friday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM (occasional Saturdays)\ Location:Sapulpa, OK\ Position Type:Temp-to-Hire

Overview:\ Were looking for a skilled Radial Drill Operator to join our team in Sapulpa. In this role, youll set up and operate radial drilling machines to perform precise drilling, reaming, countersinking, and tapping on metal parts. Youll interpret blueprints and engineering drawings, use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy, and maintain equipment for smooth operations. Collaboration with welders and fabricators to meet production targets is essential.

Requirements:

• Experience with radial drill machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical skills
• Familiarity with basic machine maintenance
• Commitment to safety practices
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a demanding environment
