Seeking motivated individual that demonstrates high level of attention to detail and organization while working autonomously.

Job Description:

• Determine marking(s) required for incoming jobs by interpreting blueprints with supervisor guidance.
• Mark parts per detailed instructions from supervisor
• Notify supervisor of completed jobs and any pertinent information such as serial numbers to be recorded.
• Complete paperwork as needed
• Transport completed jobs to the next department.
• Create stencils and templets for marking.
• Maintain the department for function, safety, and cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to follow directions as assigned
• Run jobs as assigned by supervisor.
• Place each part in the fixture correctly to ensure they are completely and accurately marked.
• Watch for discrepancies in markings as well as part quality and report findings to supervisor.
• Log time in the computer and fill out all paperwork for each job.
• Notify Supervisor of job completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machines. Other duties to be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience preferred but not necessary as company is willing to train

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and sitting and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
