We provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes, allowing them to spend their final days with dignity and comfort. As a BAYADA Registered Nurse you will be prepared to succeed.

• Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident

• Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock

Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

• Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

• Case management and coordination

Responsibilities for a BAYADA Hospice RN includes:

• Conduct comprehensive pain and symptom assessments.

• Administer medication to manage pain and other symptoms.

• Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.

• Educate patients and families about end-of-life care options.

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• Strong commitment to compassionate end-of-life care.
