Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Administration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billable charges, billing telecommunications attachments, initiating collections for unpaid invoices, and maintaining accurate corporate records. This role will support the Contracts Administrator II and III roles, as well as T&D Operations leadership, to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate the processing of necessary billable charges based on cost estimates provided to customers.

  • Manage billing for telecommunications attachments to maximize revenue.

  • Initiate the collection process for unpaid non-utility invoices.

  • Utilize the corporate records management application to enter, track, and maintain contract information.

  • Track activity and create reports needed by the T&D Operations to forecast trends, evaluate processes, and make business decisions.

  • Reconcile customer advances balances to the general ledger accounts.

  • Ensure adequate control documentation in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide support to Contracts Administrator II and III roles, as well as T&D Operations leadership, as assigned.

  • Provide services to affiliates of the company subject to the UNS Energy Code of Conduct and related Policies and Procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Broad-based business knowledge including financial, billing, project management, research, and report preparation

  • Understanding and implementing legal contractual and FCC requirements

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to provide constructive dialogs with customers, contractors, developers, and employees concerning related Policies and Procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment

This is a part-time position requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the TEP Campus, 4350 E Irvington Rd, Tucson, AZ. The goal is for the position to eventually become full-time. The standard schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The company invests in upskilling consultants and provides all necessary equipment for success. This is a stable role with opportunities for long-term employment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
