Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves the operation and setup of all Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Department production equipment and processes. The ideal candidate must have a general production experience, computer literacy, and the ability to stand for a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Department production equipment.

  • Adjust and control machinery to ensure proper operation.

  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify any potential issues or failures.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members in Plating/Assembly departments.

  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in machine operation or general production.

  • Proficiency in using computers and touch screen devices.

  • Ability to stand for 12 hours during shifts.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the metric system.

Work Environment

Our facility is very clean and automated. The Stamping and Molding departments operate more independently, while the Plating and Assembly departments are more team-focused.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.17/hr.
