Position DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Supervisor of Facility and Grounds located at Brunswick Center Services. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and performing minor repairs from Brunswick Center Services.

Responsibilities include:

• Regular inspection of building and grounds, developing strategies to address concerns and report finding to the Assistant Director and facilities coordinator.

• Develop and maintain regular schedule for inhouse cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas

• Orders and maintains an up to date inventory of general use program supplies

• Performs basic facility maintenance tasks, including patching wall, light painting, and other minor repairs

• Performs basic monitoring tasks related to the safe operation of the facility's septic system, including routine sample collections that occur in accordance with regulatory standards

• Assist in monitoring facility fire safety

• Maintains regular contact with agency/program vendors as needed

• Assists with the supervision of maintenance staff

  Work Schedule

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (flexible hours)

Salary: Starting at $19.76 per hour

Education and/or Experience Pre-requisites: High School graduate or GED, with 1 year experience in maintenance work Must have valid drivers license and ability to lift 50lbs
