Provide leadership, direction, training, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects in a safe, efficient, economical, risk balanced approach to achieve short and long-range goals and to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.

Lead collaboration to create and baseline an agreed upon plan to deliver a solution to the business and track the project plan for ongoing changes either in scope or functionality.

Participate in project scoping and sizing discussions to identify project scope and scope boundaries. Support business analyst in capturing project requirements through requirements gathering sessions and workshops as required.

Create a project schedule based on resource availability and team capacity. Identify project activities on the critical path and coordinate project activities with various teams to deliver the project on time.

Coordinate onboarding of resources. Facilitate the Development Team to follow the chosen project management methodology and standard work to deliver the solution, continually keeping the project team and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and plans to overcome those challenges.

Maintain project documents such as architectural diagrams, list of requirements, requirements traceability matrix, RAID log, and other documents by storing them in a secure place and giving access to project stakeholders to review or update the documents as needed. Track changes to documents by activating document version history.

Report project status through weekly status update emails to project stakeholders and through monthly portfolio status reporting for leadership.

Facilitate budget estimation for new projects using techniques like parametric estimation or three-point estimation. Track budget of ongoing projects and report budget burn to leadership using burn-down or burn-up charts.

Position Requirements: Position requires a master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Management, Global Management, Computer Applications, Applied Bioscience, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Engineering (Any) or related field.
