Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Towson, Maryland

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Towson, Maryland. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be providing technical support for users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining an efficient help desk system. This role is essential for ensuring smooth IT operations in our team and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues

• Maintain an efficient help desk system to track and resolve issues promptly

• Support different levels of service, including VIP support

• Troubleshoot issues related to platforms such as Zoom and Active Directory

• Handle computer software and hardware issues, ensuring high-quality customer service

• Collaborate with teams in different locations, supporting a high-achieving environment

• Work with various technologies including Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Apple iOS

• Manage configuration management tasks to maintain system integrity

• Support Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Intune, Windows Intune, and Android iOS systems

• Work with MDM Solutions, AD, MAC, iOS, Apple, A/V, Zoom, and Intune for most deployments. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Database Management

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Experience with Lotus Notes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to handle Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to provide Deskside Support

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware

• Proficiency in Intune and Windows Intune

• Knowledge of Android and Apple iOS operating systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
