Payroll processing internal and external

Compliance management

Payroll system administration

Team supervision

Reporting and analyst

Collaboration with other departments

Requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll experience

Proven experience managing payroll functions in a multi-client payroll organization

Proficiency with payroll software applications

Skills:

Technical expertise in payroll systems, calculations, and tax regulations

Ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues

Attention to detail in processing payroll information and maintaining records

Ability to manage and motivate a payroll team

Effective communication with internal staff and clients

Compliance knowledge by staying updated on changing payroll laws and regulations
