Sherwin-Williams Assistant(e) Administratif(ive) in Tournus, France

Vos principales missions porteront sur :

  • Organisation et suivi des visites et évènements site

  • Point de contact site pour les visites internes

  • Support logistique pour les réunions et visites

  • Support à l’organisation Accueil et services généraux

  • Gestion du courrier et envois express

  • Gestion du Standard téléphonique

  • Support à l’équipe maintenance actuelle sur différents dossiers (Ex : Gestion des clés, implantation des bureaux, signalétiques sites…)

  • Gestion des assurances du sites

  • Support en communication (présentation / support visuel etc…)

  • Support à la préparation des présentations de l’équipe management

  • Dynamiser et diversifier la communication interne

  • Participation aux projets liés aux relations externes

  • Support aux relations avec les parties prenantes

  • Préparation des communications mensuelles - TVs

  • Veille médias / presse local / national Tournus site

  • Back up administratif RH et HSE / service support (achats etc)

  • Notamment support à l’organisation des formations internes

  • Gestion de certaines commandes et factures

  • Back up assistante RH sur sujets ponctuels

  • Missions connexes en fonction du profil et besoins
