What You'll Do

• Assist Jumpstart Events team in planning and executing events. This may include, but is not limited to, development of key planning documents (timelines, budgets, plans etc.), helping execute events onsite, and working cross functionally across the organization.

• Support the development of key event materials including SOWs, budgets, plans, etc.

• Working on projects from start to finish (from research and ideation stage, to planning, to execution of events, to post-event reflection).

• Main communication liaison with participants and coaches for Jumpstart Play to Lead program.

• Create supporting documentation (email, website, etc) and assisting in creating onsite processes to to execute the Jumpstart Play to lead program

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Event Management or other related discipline

• Goal driven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities

• The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• A background/interest in sports & recreation is an asset

• Bilingualism an asset
