Insight Global is seeking a well-rounded and experienced Guidewire Team Lead, with a focus on Integration Gateway, to join one of our largest Consulting Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire implementations, excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, and the ability to lead an offshore team effectively. This individual will utilize their Guidewire knowledge to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables, communicate effectively with high-level clients, and provide polished, professional solutions while leading and managing an offshore team. Additionally, this individual will oversee project delivery, ensuring that all integration projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in Guidewire implementations, with a strong emphasis on Integration Gateway, dealing with stakeholder management

• Guidewire certification is mandatory

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to Guidewire and integration projects

-Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to interact with high-level clients

-Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex integration projects null
