Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a Capital Markets team at one of the top 5 banking clients in Canada. he candidate will be joining team as a Sr. Business Analyst working on the liquidity application that is developing tools for Capital Market Senior Management to monitor the liquidity matrix for the bank from both a regulatory and business perspective.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Major functions will be getting business requirements and translating those for the technology team and developers

Documenting the business requirements and developing testing

o Completing System Integration Testing

o Support end users with UAT testing

Daily production and business support to take business inquiries and provide analysis on issues with various business applications

Assist with the business users with the building of business model for data analysis.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of work experience in Capital Markets

Looking for candidate with experience across Capital Markets, the more areas they have touched the better.

Strong Capital Markets business knowledge of Asset Classes: Debt, Equity, Derivatives, Collateral, Loan & Commitments products,

Understand the basics of Balance Sheet management,

Write SQL query,

Strong Excel skills using macro, VLOOKUP, pivot table etc., Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy,

Write documents translating business requirement into technical language,

Write and execute test plan and test cases Previous Liquidity Management experience null
