Job Responsibilities:

• Soliciting new tenants for logistics facilities managed by CBRE Investment Management under development and after completion.

• Strengthening relationships with tenants in logistics facilities under management

• Proposing leasing plans for development projects

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

• Negotiations and executions of lease agreements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in leasing logistics facilities (Preferable)

• Experience in asset management of logistics facilities

• Strong teamwork skills

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist
