Job Title: Construction EstimatorJob Description

As a Construction Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include meeting with both existing and new clients to discuss excavation projects, analyzing plans, and utilizing estimating software for digitization. You will conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure progress aligns with existing plans, decide on appropriate subcontractors, and manage bids. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing contracts, compiling and submitting invoices, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in ensuring project accuracy and client satisfaction from the initial bid to project completion.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mokena, Illinois.

Work Environment

The majority of your time will be spent in-office, with regular visits to jobsites and client meetings. The office, located in Mokena, IL, fosters a family-like atmosphere with a dynamic environment as field crew members frequently come and go. You will be part of a close-knit team of 20-25 full-time employees, working an average of 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The office also features a highly secured area for the storage of trucks and equipment.
