Welding on various materials at required positions using different welding processes, including, but not limited to, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and SAW.

Performs work associated with the installation, calibration, and operation of different kinds of production machines, depending on company specialization or materials used

Tests and inspects machines to determine safe and efficient operation, performs routine maintenance, and fixes standard malfunctions

Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods, and sequence of operation
