WTW Business Acceptance Tester in Thane, India
The Role:
Collaborates with internal project and administration teams to understand and translate business requirements into test plans, ensuring product quality in own and other’s work.
Supports with the preparation and development of test script(s) using functional and design layout specifications to ensure adequate test coverage.
Executes test scripts and ensures all defects and issues are documented and analysed. Provides effective feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
Triages defects reported by test team members and works with Business Analysts and Technology delivery teams to ensure any issues are remediated.
Validates the accuracy of user materials and online training tools and provides support, guidance and mentoring to test team members.
Participates in resolution/retesting of issues.
Tracks testing progress and prepares regular status updates for project stakeholders.
Prepares closure reports in preparation for business acceptance sign off.
Gives and receives information clearly and concisely and encourages open dialogue by listening and engaging in debate.
Keeps abreast of the latest technologies and identifies areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborates with test team members, ensuring that deadlines are met, and outputs are of a high quality.
Helps identify areas where process and service improvements can be made and develops recommendations.
Participates in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Draws on internal and external testing practices to support best practices within the team.
Builds technical expertise/capabilities/skills through the delivery of regular feedback and knowledge sharing.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's/College Degree will be beneficial
Knowledge of UK occupational Pension Schemes (DB/DC) is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence is advantageous
Experience in test execution preferred

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum tenure of 24 months in current business
• Not on written warning for behaviour or performance within the last 12 months
For existing L63 –(Lateral)
Performance rating: Rating of 2 and above in latest performance cycle
Minimum tenure of 12 months in current role
For existing L68 – (Vertical)
Performance rating: 3 or above in last 2 performance review cycle
Minimum tenure of 24 months in current role
