McGovern Medical SchoolatUTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center seeks a General Hematologist at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on the applicant's qualifications, in theDepartment of Internal Medicine,Division of Hematology

This position will include clinical practice in theMemorial Hermann HospitalandLyndon B. Johnson Hospital. Please note that UTHealth Hematology/Oncology does not have a Bone Marrow Transplant program or CAR-T cell therapy program at this time.

Position Key Accountabilities:

The position involves inpatient and outpatient clinical care, teaching, education, and clinical research that aligns with the mission of McGovern Medical School and UTHealth Houston.

Qualifications:

The selected candidate for the position must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Preferred applicants will have completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
