At our office in Tel Aviv, we're looking for a Commercial Director to join our tightly-knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Israel and worldwide.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Director to join our team.

You will be responsible for revenue growth by building and managing strategic accounts, long-term client relationships, and developing key business activities.

The role requires a focus on new business development, in addition to, up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients and securing contract renewals with a focus on the local tech and hi-tech industry.

This role requires understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions based on their needs, emphasising the advantages and benefits of Manyone.

You will collaborate closely with the team leads and partners to develop strategies, account planning, and with identifying high-quality clients to achieve sales targets. Finally, you will stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Are self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Can develop and execute sales plans and coordinate sales efforts to achieve new customer revenue and existing customer up-sell revenue targets

  • Have excellent communication skills and perform as a reliable client partner and build strong relationships with the clients and team

  • Have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relations

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit for new challenges and a strategic sales approach that creates value for clients and adds to the company's capabilities and reputation.
