Eaton Corporation Senior Analyst HR Technology in Tanauan City, Philippines

What you’ll do:

The Senior Analyst in HR Technology will be responsible for developing and implementing HR systems and solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. They will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure that HR technology aligns with business goals and provides efficient, user-friendly tools for employees and management.

The incumbent’s role will fulfill the following primary objectives:

• Collaborate with global end users, HR and IT departments to assess current technology and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Write clear and concise requirements for enhancements and break-fixes to existing HR systems.

• Act as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure that all technical documentation for system enhancements and fixes meets business needs.

• Provide hands-on support for the implementation of new HR systems, including planning, testing, and deployment.

• Assist in the Development and Design of Change Management and Communication Plans

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HR technology platforms.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions.

• Develop and deliver training to HR staff and end-users on new systems and features.

• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and best practices in HR technology.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology.

• Ensures the setup and configuration of assigned systems meets business requirements and data security and integrity requirements

• Support cross functional administration for other HR technology including HRMS, LMS, Talent Management and HR Portal technology

A. Document Business Requirements. Write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Test cases, and design documents.

B. Project Management. Proficient in project management methodology and tools. Lead projects through the entire project lifecycle – from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, audit and post-production support. This is in addition to the primary function of performing Business Analyst activities.

C. Communications Ability. Communicates effectively with both technical and business personnel to gather requirements, communicate expectations, identify solutions, and create action plans.

D. Evaluation. Evaluate, propose, and recommend alternative solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes in support of the operation's key strategies. Interacts with business partners to evaluate and understand new requests. Understand the validity of requests and make initial determination of severity of impact on systems.

E. Integration and Design. Understand applications comprises within the HR applications suite. Ability to make requirements recommendations based on the entire HR applications suite.

F. Process Design. Assist translation of HR business and COE needs into business requirements. Identifies and recommends process improvements in a context that is appropriate to both the business and HR Applications and Shared Support teams.

G. Scheduling and Prioritization. Must serve as a leader and general expert when discussing development priorities and timelines. Able to develop project timelines, schedules and manage activities in order to achieve project commitments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Systems and/or Configuration

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Information System roles such as generalist, business analyst, project manager.

Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency of project management methodology

• Advanced knowledge of HRMS Systems, global security guidelines, Sarbanes Oxley, and HR processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This position will require working with Senior Business Leadership and Senior I.T. Leadership on a regular basis.

• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation, ability to lead and influence others, and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.

• High attention to detail and a desire to drive for results

• Thorough Knowledge of Human Resource Policies and Practices

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications, how these applications and systems are developed and maintained, as well as how they interface with other systems.

• Ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple, often complex, tasks in order to ensure continued effectiveness in meeting the company’s recordkeeping, reporting and compliance needs.

• Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems.

• Proactive about identifying problems and continuous improvement with focus on data integrity

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office suite such MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

• Ability to complete advanced operations and formulas in Microsoft excel with large data sets

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
