Our Construction client is seeking a General Manager of Operations who will manage and direct operations (Field Management, Installations, Purchasing, Customer Service) to meet company goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and on-time schedules. Prioritize cost efficiency, margins, and overhead management without compromising quality. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and goal achievement. Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief Service Leader, overseeing the 360° Customer Experience.

• Manage internal and external resources for flawless project execution, supervising and coaching direct reports.

• Collaborate with Division GMs and Operations to oversee daily Field Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service.

• Lead and develop project managers and superintendents, ensuring efficient project delivery with both direct hires and third-party resources.

• Work with Planning & Scheduling to maintain up-to-date project plans and perform Executive Project Manager duties.

• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Play a key role in long-term planning, driving operational excellence, and overseeing field/project financial management.

• Support strategic and fiscal planning, including capital equipment and budget management.

• Drive improvements in Support Services and organizational initiatives to enhance long-term operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the Director of Production and Director of Project Engineering to establish and improve SOPs and targets for Field Support Services.
