Purpose of Role

Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.

Responsibly Description

  • Supervise and inspect restaurant opening and close duties.

  • Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.

  • Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request.

  • Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.

  • Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed

  • Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.

  • Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.

  • Clear tables.

  • Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Utilise prescribed cash handling procedures to accurately charge customers.

  • Participate at times in reporting Casual Talent selection.

  • Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline, and participate in Talent performance evaluation when required.

  • Assist with filling out log books.

  • 透過鼓勵令人才展現最佳的工作表現、執行紀律、有需要時參與人才工作表現考核。

  • 協助填寫日誌。
