POSITION SUMMARY

【 Purpose of Role 】

The Job is to safeguard, patrol and monitor any theft or violence in the premises where he has been assigned duty. For a large organization, the duties of security guards are directed by a higher security director, while for small buildings, he may work alone. In both cases, the security guard is responsible for serving his employer by providing safety against any law violator and determining any sort of disturbances that will incur losses to the client. Some organizations may train their employees regarding security tips and job responsibilities.

【 Cast Key Responsibilities 】

Daily Duties

1.Handover with previous shift

2.Station as per roster and rotate every 2 hours:

• Living Room

• Restaurants and bars

• Patrol the building

3.Liaise with Engineering regarding fire safety equipment.

4.Help with VIP arrivals in request.

5.Report to Security supervisor on Security incident of the day.

6.Patrol guest floor and public areas according to roster time and record the time ( clocking in each area )

7.Carry out any other duties assigned by Security Supervisor.

8.Take over monitoring room duties when monitoring clerk is not available.

9.Attend hotel emergencies and accidents.

10.Check out Suspicious guests in the floors as informed by monitor room.

11.Help with traffic flow at forecourt during VIP arrivals

12.Go with Welcome Desk Manager to decode the in-room safety box for guests.

13.Help HR with problem staff.

14.Help guests with lift (Handicapped and elderly)

15.Help guest with hotel directions.

16.Help guest during evacuation.

17.Inform Welcome Desk Manager of any guest complaint or request.

18.Lost and found

• Inform Welcome Desk Manager and monitor room.

• Escort guests to police station if necessary.

19.Coordinate with police station regarding suspicious guest (drugs, Guns ….)

【 職位宗旨 】

安全員的職責是負責場所的維護、巡邏與監視，避免發生竊盜、暴力事件。職責可由直屬上司指導或獨立作業，但在這2種情況下，安全員都需要負責雇主的安全，避免任何違法的事物或干擾造成顧客的損失。此外，亦需定期為其他部門人才提供有關安全守則及工作職責的培訓。

【 主要負責事項 】

1.-站點/巡邏（每2小時替換）：

• Living Room

• 餐廳及酒吧

• 全區巡邏

2.與工程部聯繫協調有關消防安全設備維護事宜。

3.協助VIP貴賓蒞臨飯店之整備等事宜。

4.向損失預防部主管報告今天發生事件。

5.到客房樓層及公共區域巡邏，並紀錄到每區巡邏的時間(打卡)。

6.執行損失預防部主管指派的任務。

7.無人監控CCTV時負責監控監視器。

8.參與飯店危機事件和緊急事故處理。

9.確認各樓層是否有可疑人士，如有前述情形通知防災中心。

10.當VIP抵達飯店時負責維持公共區域的交通。

11.陪同迎賓櫃檯經理到客房內開保險箱。

12.協助人力資源部處理人才相關事項。

13.協助殘障人士及年長客人使用電梯。

14.協助客人指引飯店方向。

15.協助客人進行疏散。

16.有任何顧客抱怨與要求通知迎賓櫃檯經理。

17.失物招領

• 如有需要，護送客人到警局辦理失物招領事項。

• 通知部門經理及防災中心。

18.協助警方相關事宜。
