Responsibly Description

  • To ensure hygiene standards of all Beverage and Food areas should not only be met, but exceeded, standards, wherever and whenever possible.

  • Providing a clean and safe place to prepare, serve and store food items.

  • Responsible for hygiene in all venues and kitchens, including pest control.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and storage of operating equipment (chinaware, silverware, glassware and utensil).

  • Responsible for regular maintenance of all machinery (dishwasher, pressure cleaner, bin cleaner and garbage areas).

  • Control the use of chemicals and provide training to talent.

  • Assist the Executive Chef and venue managers on a daily basis.

  • Other facet of this position is planning, organizing, budgeting and maintenance of HOE, kitchen and service equipment. The Stewarding Manger will consult with Director of Beverage & Food and Executive Chef on a regular basis.

  • The Stewarding Manger will be required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner; in accordance with W Taipei’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

  • 負責所有餐廳/酒吧及廚房的衛生,包括蟲害控制。

  • 負責經營設備清潔、保養、儲存(瓷器,銀器,玻璃器皿)及其他用具。

  • 負責洗碗機定期維修及垃圾桶和垃圾區清潔維護。

  • 負責控制化學品和培訓服務員。

  • 協助行政總廚及餐廳/酒吧經理處理每日事物。

  • 餐務經理的另一個工作職責是製定預算,維護所有廚房及服務設備的安全。這個職責直接影響部門的利潤,因此必須高標準的控制及關注。與餐飲總監及行政總廚保持溝通。

  • 餐務經理將需要進行職責,有禮,安全和有效的方式,按照酒店的政策和程序,確保高水平的服務得以維持。
