The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer's equipment by driving customer satisfaction with the main focus in Taiwan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide high-level technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, Field Modification, and necessary training in the service areas for equipment.

• Work with the global project team. Deliver projects as key service expert by providing support with FAT, SAT, Installation, commissioning, and post-warranty service of process equipment automation HW/SW.

• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as promptly maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.

• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.

• Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and promoting and implementing revenue programs.

• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Travel is required.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• English proficiency and basic computer skills are required.

• Education in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, and Chemical Engineering is preferred.

• Understanding 21 CFR Part 11 compliance knowledge and GMP, ISO, and FDA rules and regulatory requirements is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills with IT Networking, DCOM Networking, OPC experience, Profibus and Ethernet/IP industrial networks, and SQL databases/networking is a strong plus.

• Expertise with one or more of the following platforms is a strong plus: Wonderware/Aveva ArchestrA, Emerson DeltaV, FactoryTalk View SE/PlantPAx, Historian/PI systems, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Siemens PLC Step 7, WinCC control system.

• Experience interfacing with both internal global team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.

• High integrity & discipline. The capability of working under customer pressure and travel internationally as required
