The Opportunity Maintenance Superintendent at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist in maximizing and achieving effective maintenance performance through management and daily oversight of the execution of maintenance work. Responsible for oversight of the front-line supervisors and ensuring execution of the daily work tasks as identified by the schedule. Individual will work to improve execution efficiency, supervisor capability and optimize preventative maintenance. Additional qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent refinery maintenance experience required. 5+ years of manufacturing, refining or experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman or similar supervisory role with multiple first line supervisor direct reports with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent. 5+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to communicate well. Must be able to work effectively and professionally with others. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience working with other scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.) preferred. Experience in using CMMS (SAP) preferred. Maintain liaison with safety department, engineering, estimating and planning to ensure work complies with safety policies, drawings, specifications and schedule.
