Meta Client Solutions Manager, CPG and Auto in São Paulo, Brazil

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager for CPG and Auto Verticals plays a crucial role in driving success by fostering strategic client relationships and being an expert in platform, products, media strategy, and measurement for our top advertisers.This position requires a consultative approach using data analytics to develop tailored solutions while closely collaborating with team mates and cross-functional partners to generate revenue and build relationships. To excel in this role, one needs high levels of consultative skills, analytical abilities, proactiveness, and a solution-driven mindset while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, CPG and Auto Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee account operations (For example: troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.) Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams

  2. Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments

  3. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creativity, marketing partners, etc.)

  4. Act as a product & insights expert, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners

  5. Craft narratives and recommendations pairing custom insights with innovative ideas for presentations to Senior business stakeholders

  6. Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations

  7. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, Full Funnel marketing and/or account management roles

  2. Demonstrated experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights

  3. Experience positioning ideas and influencing decision making to internal and external partners and executives in the Auto and CPG Industries

  4. Experience delivering insights to both technical and key business decision makers audiences

  5. Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, and competitive technologies and players.

  6. Fluent English
