We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team working with a single key client. In this diverse role, you will provide key facility services ensuring the smooth operation and work environment of our client tenancies. Whether you’re a Facilities Coordinator or Assistant Facilities Manager, we will provide full training and development depending on your experience.
Here's a snapshot of your day;
Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client and tenants
Site operations including contractor management, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues
Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections including defect coordination and cleaning standards
Assist with developing SOP’s
Manage contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance
Maintain high levels of superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;
Previous experience in facilities or trade background will be highly regarded
Demonstrated customer service experience, a strong work ethic and a positive approach
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve
Strong time management skills
