Purpose of Job: The Warehouse Supervisor provides guidance and direction for inventory movement within the warehouse, including supervising warehouse team members and loading/unloading trucks. Job Components: * Supervises the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. * Ensures continuous process improvement * Coordinates physical inventory process and cycle counts * Processes inbound receiving of containers or full truck, truck pallet shipments, and small parcel shipments. * Operates forklifts and trains the Warehouse Workers on safety of goods and efficient use of equipment. Qualifications: * High school graduate (or equivalent) * Minimum one year experience in a lead role required * Minimum of one year warehouse experience required * Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills * Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Working knowledge of warehouse and last mile logistics. * Understanding of state, federal and interstate commerce regulations including HAZMAT shipping laws and requirements. * Able to lift and/or move 75 lbs. * Previous forklift experience is required * Must have and maintain a DOT medical certificate, valid State driver\'s license and acceptable driving record. Class B CDL preferred.
