Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms and software development in Python or Go.

• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing or other ML discipline.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

• Experience in Generative AI (Large Language Models, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).

• Experience with cloud infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Train and deploy text classification systems, fine-tune and distill large language models (LLMs) like Gemini, and explore novel ML techniques to enhance troubleshooting accuracy.

• Design and implement systems for collecting user feedback, processing data sources (logs, metrics, documentation), and creating high-quality datasets for ML training.

• Analyze model performance, identify quality gaps, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness.

• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and quality evaluation teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Refine and improve our AI troubleshooting agent through data analysis, experimentation, and feedback loops.
