As we expand Walmart eCommerce, Marketplace and Store Services online, we are seeing these worlds coming together to create a seamless customer experience. In the Transactability Platform Product Team , we ensure that our assortment is available all the time to customers. Every new experience Walmart launches, be it Subscriptions, PetRx, Virtual Bundles requires unique capabilities to ensure customers are able to shop these experiences online. If you enjoy solving complex problems, have a strong sense of ownership, able to work in ambiguity and love for data, know how to foster strong relationships and build trust, and work for the success of the entire team then this position could be for you. We are hiring a data driven PM who can think customer first to increase transactable assortment and reduce OOS for customers. Ensuring customers always have access to all items is a multi-billion dollar problem and we are looking for someone who can find creative solutions to hard problems.

The Transactability Platform Product team's goal is to build a scalable Transactability platform that is client & market agnostic. Our goal is to ensure increase items that customers can shop and reduce out of stocks on the site.

What you'll do:

  • Developing and enhancing products - you will develop and manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, analyze customer and product data and turn insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.

  • Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, by driving alignment on business OKRs, prioritization framework and product roadmap.

  • Managing execution and rollout - Defining product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.

  • Being hands-on in analyzing data sets and recommending solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the Transactability platform.

  • Communicating the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization.

What you'll bring:

You have proven record of successfully launching and scaling ecommerce consumer-focused or supply chain products.

  • Creative & Innovative - you are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs. You relish in solving problem in simplest possible way!

  • Collaborative & Influential - you have the ability to influence executive and work collaboratively with large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful. You build bridges!

  • Curious & Data-driven - you are comfortable with big data technologies and ML tools. You consider yourself analytical and draw insights from new & varied information and inputs. You are always learning!

  • Strategic - you are able to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches and owning the product successes post-launch. You solve for long term while delivering results now.

  • A Product Leader - you lead and inspire teams, evangelize product strategy and vision and develop a talented team. You are empathetic leader who draws the best from all. You have Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in product management in a fast paced tech driven company. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
