Walmart Senior Manager, Product Management - Customer Data Hub in Sunnyvale, California

Position Summary...

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management leading the Customer Data Hub (CDH) team within customer Data & Identity Organization. You will drive the strategy, execution, and roadmap for building a scalable, secure, and intelligent platform that integrates and governs customer data across the organization. The Hub is focused on enabling self-serve capabilities for teams across the company, allowing them to efficiently access, analyze, and activate customer data for various business functions. This role will require strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to enable teams to harness customer data for analytics, personalization, and growth decision-making. You will lead a team of product managers, working closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and business stakeholders to create a seamless, compliant, and high-impact customer data ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the growth flywheel using customer data and insights to fuel business outcomes and enhance customer engagement.

What you'll do...

  • Define and execute the Customer Data Hub vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Drive natural language analytics and customer journey optimization to enhance engagement, business outcomes, and data accessibility.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Walmart Plus, Privacy & Compliance, and Walmart Connect to enable high-value use cases.

  • Drive product development with engineering, data governance, analytics, and compliance teams, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences.

  • Ensure robust access management, data observability, and privacy compliance across all customer data and insights.

  • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Leverage customer data and insights to drive the growth flywheel, improve decision-making, and foster data-driven innovation.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer data platforms, AI-driven analytics, and data privacy, influencing strategic decisions.

  • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring product features align with user needs and deliver measurable business value.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
