Summary: The Assistant Manager for Kurry & Grill at University Korner Travel Plaza is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's authenticity and operational efficiency. This role supports South Asian dining experiences and involves staff management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Supervise daily restaurant activities, focusing on customer satisfaction, food quality, and efficient service.
• Cultural & Brand Training: Train staff on Kurry & Grill's standards for Mughlai cuisine and South Asian dining etiquette.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure food authenticity, portioning accuracy, and seasoning standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
• Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:
