Adecco is helping a top client fill a General Production Associate - Entry Level position.

Rate: $ 20.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Type: Temporary

Location: Stockton, CA

Role Overview:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner .

• Perform physical loading/unloading of materials and operate material handling equipment as assigned.

• Follow safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) .

• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

• Adhere to workplace rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Entry-level with little or no prior manufacturing experience required.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently .

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

• Must pass a background check before starting.

• Steel-toed shoes required for safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and material handling equipment efficiently.

• Follow all safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Conduct quality control checks on products.

• Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep the work area organized.

• Work under supervisor direction and follow established operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred .

• Comfortable with continuous standing and frequent lifting/carrying .

• Ability to handle occasional climbing/balancing when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
