Packaging/Utility I - Stanley, WI
Job Summary - Under limited supervision, performs various duties in the on the packaging line and across the plant. The duties may vary by day and hour, may vary based on assignment.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure food safety and quality
Operate mill and package materials
Clean and refill dust collectors
Wash and sanitize floors, dryers and all production equipment
Help on dryer startup
Assemble hammer mills
Setup and tear down of production equipment
Assemble tape machine and scales
Move ingredients to and from warehouse
Accurate documentation of daily production
Dump totes into mills
Collect samples for quality testing
Work toward the goals and expectations of the plant and this position
Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Learn and exhibit safe forklift operation
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) and lift up to 55 lbs unassisted
Maintain accurate record keeping
Willing to work any shift and overtime if necessary
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Any other duties as assigned

Humidity: 90% to 30%
Due to the wide variety of tasks, this job can be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions
Special Hazards: mechanical, electrical, chemical
Work overtime as necessary, including some weekends
Protective Clothing Required: Hardhats, earplugs, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, chemical and rain suits

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
