DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Skylla Engineering is seeking a highly motivated, self driven, team player for a Test and Evaluation Analyst (TandE Analyst) position for the Explosive Hazard Defeat Team. The TandE Analyst will provide technical and programmatic services focused on Littoral Explosive Ordnance Neutralization TandE activities. The duties include but are not limited to: - Development and/or review or technical and programmatic TandE plans and documentation (e.g. TandE planning and strategies, TandE Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices, Technical Review Action Plans, Summary Reports, Statements of Work, etc.) - Coordination of Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews and comment adjudication of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). - Performance of test execution services in live testing (e.g. test execution lead, test data collection, target coordination, etc.) - Communicate effectively with technical SMEs, Principal Assistant Program Managers, APdMs, and program TandE execution staff. - Expected to provide educated advice and deliverables to quality standardsdelivered on time, error-free, and suitable for the intended purpose.
